In entrepreneurial environments with high uncertainty and limited resources, we cannot invest massive resources all at once to develop a ‘perfect’ product.

MDP - Minimum Delightful Product#

Concept Introduction:
As the market becomes saturated with applications, users' tolerance for product experience decreases, giving rise to the MDP concept. It emphasizes that an MVP should not only be "viable" but also "delightful."

Product Life Cycle#

MoSCoW Method (Must Have, Should Have, Could Have, Won’t Have)#
