Sprint Retrospective#

Purpose & Key Information#

  • Purpose: To plan ways to increase quality and effectiveness in the next Sprint. This is a meeting focused on process improvement.

  • Topics of inspection: Individuals, interactions, processes, and tools.

  • Timebox: For a one-month Sprint, it is a maximum of three hours.
